Job Summary
Conduct cardiovascular surgery in a team of four surgeons at the Northern California cardiac surgery center of excellence. Perform procedures including minimally invasive surgery, aortic surgery, and heart failure surgery, while avoiding LVAD procedures. Manage patient care within a multi-specialty collaboration model using an advanced electronic medical record system. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with a 1 in 4 call rotation and work-life balance focused practice. Required Qualifications
- Cardiovascular Surgeon
- Must be ABTS Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must be available for Full-Time position
- Must be located in Sacramento, California
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of 2-3+ years
- Leadership would welcome inquiries from Cardiovascular Surgeons with 3 to 7 years of experience in Cardio Vascular Surgery
- Skilled and proficient in minimally invasive surgery (MIS)
- Skilled and proficient in aortic surgery
- Skilled and proficient in heart failure surgery
- Surgeons completing training in 2025/2026
