Job Summary
Conduct cardiovascular surgery including minimally invasive, aortic, and heart failure procedures at the Northern California cardiac surgery center. Manage patient care within a multi-specialty collaboration model utilizing a comprehensive electronic medical record system. Join a team of four surgeons with a call rotation of 1 in 4, supporting a mission-driven integrated health care delivery model. Prior experience of 2-3+ years is preferred, with openings available for those completing training in 2025 or 2026 as a senior surgeon retires in 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Cardiovascular Surgeon
- Must be ABTS Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiovascular Surgeons
- Must be available for Full-Time position
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of 2-3+ years
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Cardio Vascular Surgery
- skilled and proficient in minimally invasive surgery (MIS)
- skilled and proficient in aortic surgery
- skilled and proficient in heart failure surgery
- surgeons completing training in 2025/2026
