Job Summary
Conduct cardiovascular surgery at the Northern California cardiac surgery center of excellence, specializing in minimally invasive, aortic, and heart failure procedures while avoiding LVAD cases. Manage a call rotation of 1 in 4 within a team of four surgeons, supporting a practice focused on work-life balance and flexible scheduling. Complete training in 2025 or 2026 is encouraged, and candidates with 2 to 7 years of experience are welcomed. Required Qualifications
- Cardiovascular Surgeon
- Must be ABTS Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiovascular Surgeons
- Must be available for Full-Time position
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of 2-3+ years is highly preferred
- Leadership would welcome inquiries from Cardiovascular Surgeons with 3 to 7 years of experience in Cardio Vascular Surgery
- preferably skilled and proficient in minimally invasive surgery (MIS)
