Job Summary
Conduct cardiovascular surgery procedures including minimally invasive, aortic, and heart failure cases at one of Northern California's three cardiac surgery centers of excellence. Manage patient care within a multi-specialty collaboration model utilizing a comprehensive electronic medical record system. Join a team of four surgeons with a call rotation of 1 in 4, reporting to a leadership structure that develops physician leaders. This full-time position offers a salary range of $582,000 to $600,000 plus potential incentives, moving allowance, and a pension plan, with inquiries directed to Victor Ramirez.
Required Qualifications
- Cardiovascular Surgeon
- Must be ABTS Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must be available for Full-Time position
- Must be located in Sacramento, California
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of 2-3+ years
- Leadership would welcome inquiries from Cardiovascular Surgeons with 3 to 7 years of experience in Cardio Vascular Surgery
- Skilled and proficient in minimally invasive surgery (MIS)
- Skilled and proficient in aortic surgery
- Skilled and proficient in heart failure surgery
- Surgeons completing training in 2025/2026
