Job Summary
Conduct cardiac surgery procedures including minimally invasive, aortic, and heart failure cases at the Northern California cardiac surgery center. Manage daily surgical operations within a team of four surgeons while maintaining a 1-in-4 call rotation. Prioritize patient care within a physician-led, multi-specialty integrated health care delivery model that emphasizes work-life balance and flexible scheduling. This role is open to board-certified or board-eligible surgeons with 2 to 7 years of experience, including those completing training in 2025 or 2026, filling a position created by a senior surgeon retiring in 2026.

- Must be ABTS Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must be available for Full-Time position
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of 2-3+ years
- Leadership would welcome inquiries from Cardiovascular Surgeons with 3 to 7 years of experience in Cardio Vascular Surgery
- Skilled and proficient in minimally invasive surgery (MIS)
- Skilled and proficient in aortic surgery
- Skilled and proficient in heart failure surgery
- Surgeons completing training in 2025/2026
