Job Summary
Cardiovascular Department Chief with clinical and administrative leadership responsibilities. Role includes delivering outstanding patient care and oversight for the cardiology department and its subsections, conducting clinical and quality oversight of cardiology providers (0.8 FTE clinical, 0.2 FTE administrative), establishing standards for evidence-based cardiovascular medicine, setting goals aligned with department strategy, conducting annual performance reviews, collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer to improve cardiovascular quality and patient experience, participating in Medical Group leadership and committees, and promoting cardiovascular medical education and CME program development. Required Qualifications
- Medical degree or equivalent
- Board certification in cardiology (implied)
- Clinical leadership experience
