Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Full Time, Variable Shift

Conduct invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems by assisting physicians with procedures, operating x-ray and physiological equipment, and administering opaque media via catheter or direct injection. Monitor and record patient vital signs throughout procedures while maintaining proper sterile techniques and adhering to radiation safety standards. Operate, record, and maintain cardiac cath equipment such as C-Arm and angiographic injectors, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Complete appropriate forms for special procedures, charge records accurately, and keep the special procedures room stocked and disinfected after each patient use.
