Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Full Time, Variable Shift

Job Summary
Assist physicians with cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnostic procedures by operating x-ray and physiological equipment, including C-Arm and angiographic injectors. Monitor patient vital signs, maintain sterile techniques, and ensure radiation safety during invasive and non-invasive tests. Operate special procedure equipment, select technical factors, and perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on cardiac catheterization machinery. Complete procedure documentation, record charges, and maintain daily cleaning of the special procedures room. Requires an ARRT-R license, state Radiologic Tech license, and current Fluoroscopy license in California. Full-time variable shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists â€" Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice
- Current Fluoroscopy license
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- One year's catheterization experience
