Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Full time day shift

Job Summary
Assist physicians with cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnostic procedures by operating x-ray and physiological equipment, including C-Arm and angiographic injectors. Monitor, record, and evaluate patient vital signs while maintaining proper sterile techniques and adhering to radiation safety standards. Perform preventive maintenance on cardiac cath equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and complete all required documentation and forms for special procedures. Ensure the special procedures room is cleaned and stocked daily. Requires an ARRT-R license, OBMI license, ACLS/ALS certification, and one year of catheterization experience. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Portland.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R license
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging OBMI Radiologic Technologist License
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR certification or Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- One year's catheterization experience
