Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Full time day shift

Job Summary
Conduct invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems by operating x-ray and physiological equipment. Assist physicians with procedures, including catheterization, while monitoring patient vital signs and administering opaque media. Maintain cardiac cath equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot malfunctions. Monitor, record, and evaluate patient vital signs throughout procedures, ensuring adherence to radiation safety and infection control standards. Complete appropriate forms, record charges, and maintain sterile techniques for all special procedures.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging OBMI Radiologic Technologist License
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR certification or Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- One year's catheterization experience
