Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Full time day shift

Job Summary
Assist physicians with cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnostic procedures by operating x-ray and physiological equipment, including C-Arm and angiographic injectors. Monitor and record patient vital signs, maintain sterile techniques, and ensure radiation safety during catheterization and other special procedures. Operate, record, and maintain all cardiac cath equipment while performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Complete procedure forms, charge records accurately, and keep the special procedures room stocked and disinfected. Requires ARRT-R license, OBMI license, ACLS/ALS certification, and one year of catheterization experience. Full-time day shift at Adventist Health Portland's Heart Center.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging OBMI Radiologic Technologist License
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR certification or Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- One year's catheterization experience
