Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Full time day shift

Job Summary
Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnostic tests by operating x-ray and physiological equipment. Monitor, record, and evaluate patient vital signs while maintaining sterile techniques and adhering to radiation safety standards. Operate cardiac cath equipment including C-Arm and angiographic injectors, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot malfunctions. Complete procedure forms, charge records, and maintain the special procedures room. Requires American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license, and AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification. Full-time day shift position at the Adventist Health Northwest Heart Center.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging OBMI Radiologic Technologist License
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR certification or Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- One year's catheterization experience
