Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Full time day shift

Job Summary
Conduct invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests for cardiovascular and pulmonary systems while assisting physicians with procedures. Operate x-ray and physiological equipment, including C-Arm and angiographic injectors, and maintain proper sterile techniques and radiation safety standards throughout exams. Monitor patient vital signs, record test results, and perform preventive maintenance on cardiac cath equipment. Complete procedure forms, charge appropriately, and clean special procedure rooms daily. Requires ARRT-R license, OBMI license, and ACLS/ALS certification. Full-time day shift at Adventist Health Portland's Heart Center.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging OBMI Radiologic Technologist License
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR certification or Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- One year's catheterization experience
