Job Summary
Support physicians during invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac, vascular, neuro, and electrophysiology procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Assist with at least three functional skill sets across diagnostic or interventional case types as delegated. Maintain licensure as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) and hold required certifications including BLS and ACLS. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, including three mandatory day shifts per month plus night, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in radiologic technology, allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program
- 2 years of experience working in a cath lab or special procedures radiologic technologist role
- Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice
- Certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Must be able to rotate to perform at least three (3) functional skill sets as delegated in any diagnostic or interventional case type performed
- Must be available for three mandatory day shifts per month supporting the Cath Lab
- Must be available for night, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
