Job Summary
Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking an Interventional Radiology (IR Tech) for day shifts, requiring certifications in BLS and ACLS, and specific registries related to Cardiovascular Tech. The role includes delivering therapeutic care, conducting patient assessments, and ensuring efficient care delivery. Preferred candidates will have prior IR Tech experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Basic Life Support Upon Start
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Upon Start
- Registered in RCIS, RTR VI, RTR CV, or RTR CI
- 5 years of Interventional Radiology Tech experience with active RTR registry
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure in Virginia if not registered in one of the required fields
- One year of experience in interventional cardiac cath lab or equivalent as a nurse in critical care
- Associate Degree Nursing or equivalent education and experience
