Job Summary
Join Inova Fairfax Medical Center as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist in the Cath Lab. Responsibilities include providing safe, therapeutic care, performing psychosocial/physiologic assessments, and tailoring practices to meet individual patient needs. Candidates must hold necessary certifications and nursing licenses, with at least one year of relevant experience in interventional cardiac procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Life Support Certification required upon start
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification required upon start
- Registered in one of the following: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Radiologic Technologist Vascular Interventional Radiology (RTR VI), Radiologic Technologist Cardiovascular (RTR CV), or Radiologic Technologist Cardiovascular Interventional (RTR CI) required
- If no above registries, must be Licensed Registered Nurse in Virginia
- One year of experience in interventional Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab or equivalent critical care experience
- Associate Degree Nursing Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education
