Cardiovascular ICU Nocturnal Advanced Practice Provider

Diagnose and treat adult cardiovascular and thoracic conditions while staffing the ICU and cross-covering the telemetry ward. Obtain patient histories, perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and provide direct treatment with prescriptive authority. Counsel patients and families on treatment options and community resources, then document care delivery in accordance with specialty standards and network policy. Participate in orientation and education of staff and students. Requires Texas Medical Board or Texas Board of Nursing credentials, Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner status with prescriptive authority, and Acute Care nursing certification. Salary range $125,000+ depending on qualifications.
