Job Summary
Lead role coordinating cardiovascular quality and safety initiatives. Develops and implements STEMI program components, drives data collection/analysis for complications, readmissions, and program metrics; partners with ED, Cath Lab, EMS, and multidisciplinary teams to design action plans, ensure guideline-concordant care, and support education and policy changes. Oversees accreditation processes, program development for Chest Pain and TVT, and community and patient educational events. Requires clinical nursing background with BSN, SC RN license, BLS, and 3-5 years direct ACS patient care; strong data analysis, quality improvement, and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license
- BLS certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 3-5 years direct care experience with ACS patients in ED, Cath Lab, CCU or telemetry units
