Job Summary
Monitor, scrub, and circulate during invasive cardiac procedures performed by cardiologists and radiologists. Operate imaging and cath lab equipment safely while adhering to ALARA radiation standards. Maintain a safe, organized patient environment and manage supply inventory to ensure acceptable stock levels. Stay current on evolving procedures, equipment, and examination protocols within the full RT/CVT scope of practice. Work full-time day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with approximately 10 on-call shifts monthly. Join a Joint Commission-accredited facility serving as a Certified Primary Stroke Center and ACC Chest Pain Center.
Required Qualifications
- Education from a school of Cardiovascular Technology
- CVT/RCIS or ARRT credential
- Current Basic Life Support certification as a Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification as a Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Cardiovascular Technician or experienced ARRT
- Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Approximately 10 on-call shifts per month
