Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgery Nocturnist - Full-Time NP/PA

Assess, diagnose, treat, educate, and refer patients in collaboration with a supervising physician. Manage inpatient care and coordinate patient care with MDs, APPs, and ancillary staff. Perform bedside procedures including talc pleurodesis, blood patch, TPA instillation, chest tube removal, and wound vac placements. Maintain clinical competency and exercise independent decision-making skills. Work 12-hour nocturnist shifts on a proposed 7 days on/7 days off schedule with weekends and holidays required.
