Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Associate Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Georgia

Provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient and clinic settings on a day shift, including clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and hospital hours from 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Manage clinical responsibilities such as endoscopic vein harvesting, first assisting, and sternal chest closure with an estimated volume of 10-20 patients per shift and 4-6 consults daily. Maintain all documentation through the EPIC EMR system. No call is required. Minimum 4-5 years of cardiac surgery experience in the OR and demonstrated endoscopic vein harvesting proficiency are required.
