Job Summary
Conduct new and established patient visits in an outpatient setting, including comprehensive evaluations and ongoing care management. Perform patient consultations with thorough education on procedures and treatment plans. Provide postoperative care and follow-up for surgical patients, monitoring recovery and addressing complications as needed. Coordinate patient communication and triage inquiries in collaboration with clinical and administrative team members. Required Qualifications
- Active New York State NP or PA license
- DEA registration
- Board certification
