Required Qualifications

- Prescriptive authority
- Board Certification not required
- Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Active medical license in Florida
- Locum tenens coverage experience (preferred)
- Ability to deliver first-assist procedures in cardiothoracic surgery
- On-site ICU management and daily patient rounding
- Or/operating room coverage
- Call coverage responsibilities
- Shift flexibility across day/night/24-hour shifts
- Inpatient care delivery
