Job Summary
Board-eligible or board-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon sought to join a high-volume, innovative cardiovascular team in Des Moines. Role features include LVAD support growth, pioneering beating-heart and robotic heart surgery, minimally invasive valve surgery, ECMO/VAD/TAVR/TEVAR capabilities, 3 CV OR rooms with one hybrid, Da Vinci Xi/Si, EPIC EMR, and a block-time structure. Shared call with four colleagues currently, with an opportunity to be part of a leading cardiovascular center performing over 1,000 cases annually. J1 and H1B visa welcome; competitive salary of $905,260 with recruitment incentive and CME support; day-one benefits and 403(b) match.
