Cardiothoracic surgeon needed for locum tenens coverage at a Level 3 trauma facility on the California Pacific Coast. Responsibilities include 24-hour call coverage for both inpatient and clinic settings, office hours, hospital rounds, heart team meetings, and performance of cardiac and thoracic procedures (CABG, valve surgery, aortic aneurysm repair, TAVR, pleurodesis, decortication, pulmonary resection, pericardial window, tracheostomy, mediastinoscopy). Board certification is required. Location: Fresno, CA, on-site. The assignment involves inpatient and outpatient care with a typical scheduling pattern as a locum tenens physician.
