Job Summary
Cardiothoracic Surgeon with North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL. Collaborate with a team of 3 vascular surgeons and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon to perform approximately 200 cases annually in a state-of-the-art facility with dedicated Vascular & Open Heart ORs, 4 Cath Labs, and a Hybrid Suite. Clinic commitment includes a half-day per week (about 12 patients). Work across inpatient and outpatient settings with support from CV PA-Cs. Compensation package includes base salary with RVU production bonus, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, PTO and retirement plan, student loan repayment assistance, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and practice-growth support.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon
- Active medical license in Alabama or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 200 cardiothoracic cases annually suitability
- Experience in open-heart surgery and vascular collaboration preferred
