Job Summary
Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and the sales team to coordinate patient care plans for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). Assist patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies by providing infusion training and clinical support in a one-on-one setting. Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers while maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills. Participate in an on-call rotation as business needs require. Primarily visit patients within Arizona, with approximately 50% of visits within a three-hour drive of Phoenix, 30% involving overnight travel to surrounding states, and 10-20% of time working from home. Candidates must reside within one hour of Sky Harbor airport and hold a current Arizona RN license.
Required Qualifications
- Must live within one hour of Sky Harbor airport
- Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license in the state of AZ with ability to obtain additional licensure for multi-state service area
- Two years of experience in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions, or two years of high-tech home infusion experience
- Ability to build positive business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical personnel
- Ability to travel as noted in the position summary and as business needs require
- Have and maintain current CPR certification
- Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caring for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension – PAH is great, but not required
- Home healthcare and pediatric experience is preferred, but not required
- CRNI certification is preferred, but not required
