Cardiology Technician

Conduct diagnostic testing procedures including EKG, Rhythm Strip, Holter, Zio Monitoring, and 30 Day Event Monitoring under the direction of the Non-Invasive Diagnostics Supervisor. Prepare patients for testing across clinic, inpatient, and outpatient areas while explaining procedures based on age, then record data accurately and provide quality reports to ordering providers. Assist with clerical responsibilities such as billing, auditing, equipment cleaning, and answering the telephone while collaborating across boundaries. Maintain compassion in communication with patients and caregivers. Requires BLS certification, one year of healthcare experience preferred, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
