Job Summary
Cardiology Technician I role performing and processing quality ECGs, Holter monitoring, and related noninvasive cardiac testing for inpatients and outpatients. Responsibilities include obtaining and interpreting electrocardiograms, assisting with Holter monitor application, providing preliminary interpretation, educating patients, ensuring proper billing practices, training staff on 12-lead ECGs, and maintaining/repairing equipment. Works with physicians, patients, and hospital personnel in a professional manner. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and relevant coursework; preferred 1-3 years of job-related experience and Cardiovascular Technician Certification. Located in Chicago, IL, with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
