Job Summary
Cardiology Supervisor overseeing frontline clinic operations across the region, leading staff, coordinating scheduling, payroll and equipment maintenance, ensuring regulatory and accreditation readiness, driving workflow efficiency, and fostering professional development among clinicians and staff. Responsibilities include budgeting oversight, billing accuracy, vendor coordination, recruitment and termination support, incident reporting, quality assurance, and monthly operational reporting, with travel to other WELL Health Diagnostic Centres as needed to support relocation and travel premiums.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in healthcare industry or cardiology practice
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to changing environments and clients
- Self-starter that thrives in entrepreneurial environments
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills with ability to engage, inspire, and build credibility
- Ability to operate with high degree of integrity and sincerity
- Demonstrated leadership, reliability and flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies
- Positively influence and lead staff members, as well as physicians
- Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel when required
