Cardiology Stepdown Registered Nurse

Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to adult cardiology patients transitioning from ICU to stepdown, including continuous cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and administration/titration of cardiac medications. Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with physicians, APPs, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other team members, educate patients and families on cardiac disease and lifestyle changes, document care in the EHR, follow clinical policies and regulatory standards, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to support a safe, compassionate, growth-oriented cardiology unit.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in NC
- Cardiology nursing experience preferred
