Job Summary
General Cardiologist opportunity in Northern Indiana (2 miles south of the Michigan border) to replace a retiring non-interventional cardiologist. Noninvasive or invasive practice with autonomy, built-in referral base, and potential for full clinic from day 1. Multispecialty environment with research opportunities; coverage for one local hospital. Caseload ~15-20 patients per office day including 4-5 stress tests. Office typically three full days per week. Call rotation 1 in 3 for general cardiology. Hospital supports PCI, TAVR, CABG, EP; single 270-bed community hospital. In-clinic nuclear medicine lab, echocardiography, holter, event monitors, EKG, pacemaker programmers, Cerner EMR. Board certified (or eligible) in Cardiovascular Disease; fellowship completed at a U.S. medical center within the last 5 years. Location highlights include proximity to Chicago, Grand Rapids, Notre Dame, and Indiana Dunes National Park.
