Cardiology Physician

BC/BE Cardiologist sought to join the Section of Cardiovascular Medicine and the Heart and Vascular Center at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH, to collaborate within a four-cardiologist, two-APP clinical team and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic Keene as a 240-physician, multi-specialty practice affiliated with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. The role is in a 169-bed Level III community hospital and emphasizes clinical cardiovascular medicine within a nationally recognized, population-health–driven care environment; the team is committed to quality, patient safety, continuous process improvement, and value-based care. The successful candidate will contribute to patient care within this integrated, academically affiliated care network.
