Job Summary
Conduct high-complexity cardiology services at a VA Medical Center in downtown Indianapolis, including interpreting transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and performing transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) for structural heart interventions. Work Monday through Friday with light call, supported by onsite Clinical Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, and advanced cardiac labs. Maintain full and unrestricted medical licensure, hold an ACGME Cardiology fellowship, and possess ABIM Cardiovascular Disease board certification. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of ACGME accredited Cardiology fellowship
- BE/BC American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Cardiovascular Disease
- Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
- United States Citizenship
- Selective Service Registration (for males born after 12/31/1959)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
