Job Summary
Cardiology opportunity with imaging focus at Veterans Health Indiana in downtown Indianapolis. Expand the cardiology imaging program with the ability to interpret transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and perform transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) including intraprocedural TEE for structural heart interventions. Monday-Friday schedule with light call; onsite clinical pharmacists and a collaborative team including Nurse Practitioners; advanced cardiac center with Cath/Electrophysiology labs, Cardiac Surgery and imaging onsite; cardiology fellowship program with opportunity for academic appointment. Located in Indianapolis, IN. The role requires an MD or DO, completed Cardiology fellowship, ABIM Cardiovascular Disease board certification, and a current US medical license. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of ACGME accredited Cardiology fellowship
- BE/BC American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Cardiovascular Disease
- Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
