Job Summary
Cardiology opportunity with Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers in Illinois. BE/BC Cardiologist sought to join an established, collegial group; flexible 36-hour workweek with at least one evening. Outpatient offices across Morris, Dwight, Ottawa, and Channahon offering ancillary, primary, specialty care and advanced Cardio/Imaging services. Responsibilities include reading Echo, Stress and Nuclear Stress tests, inpatient rounding on call days, and a 1:5 general call. Competitive base compensation starting at $450,000 plus production/quality incentives, with loan repayment ($20k/year), moving bonus up to $8k, CME/general expense allowance ($6k/year), PTO and CME time, health insurance, retirement plan with match, and wellness programs. The role emphasizes collaboration with an experienced group and a strong community focus, including the Rhythm of Our Youth program providing EKG screenings. Our facility is part of Morris Hospital, a Level II Perinatal Care Provider and ACO participant, serving multiple counties from our main campus in Morris and satellite offices.
