Job Summary
Outpatient Cardiology team seeks a Cardiology NP or PA to join a lean, collaborative group within a community hospital. Focus areas include cardiac follow-ups, EKG interpretation, surgical clearance evaluations, and chronic cardiovascular disease management. 100% outpatient work with no call responsibilities, flexible 4-day workweek option, AI scribe support, and dedicated MA support. Competitive base salary ($135K+ to $182K+ based on experience) with a $10K–$15K sign-on, $10K relocation, generous PTO (34 days year one), CME/licensure reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plans. Requires NP or PA certification and 1–2+ years Cardiology/IM experience; strong communication and patient relationship skills; EKG interpretation experience strongly preferred.
