Job Summary
Cardiology NP/PA needed to join a lean, highly collaborative outpatient cardiology team in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Responsibilities include cardiac follow-ups, EKG interpretation, surgical clearance evaluations, and chronic cardiovascular disease management within a 100% outpatient setting with no call responsibilities and a 4-day workweek option. Provide patient-focused care with strong autonomy supported by a cardiologist, AI scribe, and MA support; deal with referrals and routine cardiology duties in a nonprofit community-hospital environment. Compensation starts around $135K+ with a potential $182K+ based on experience, plus a $10K sign-on bonus and $10K relocation assistance. Benefits include PTO, CME allowance and licensure reimbursement, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, and retirement plans. Ideal candidates have NP or PA certification and 1–2+ years of Cardiology or Internal Medicine experience, with comfort working independently in outpatient settings and strong EKG interpretation skills.
