Cardiology NP or PA needed for 100% outpatient cardiology with no call, four-day workweek option, and a lean team (1 Cardiologist, 1 PA) supported by AI scribe and MA. Responsibilities include cardiac follow-ups, EKG interpretation, surgical clearance evaluations, and chronic cardiovascular disease management. Qualifications include NP/PA certification and 1–2+ years of Cardiology or Internal Medicine experience; strong communication and patient relationship skills required. Benefits include base salary around $135K+ with $135K–$182K+ potential, $10K–$15K sign-on bonus, $10K relocation assist, 34 PTO days, CME/licensure reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plans. Organization is an independent 40-bed nonprofit acute-care hospital with extensive clinic network; location in Willamette Valley area with access to outdoor activities.
Required Qualifications
- NP or PA certification required
- 1–2+ years of Cardiology or Internal Medicine experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
- Experience interpreting EKGs strongly preferred
