Job Summary
Cardiology Nurse Practitioner needed for locum tenens coverage at a facility in Asheville, NC. Responsibilities include rounding on cardiology patients, admissions, consults, discharges, and procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, and cardioversions; order medications, tests, and procedures as needed. Requires active NC license and NC DEA. 12-hour day shifts, seven days a week, inpatient, on-site with Cerner EMR. Support from Hospitalist Medicine, Cardiology, Pulmonary Critical Care, and Cardiovascular Surgery teams.
