Job Summary
Conduct nursing visits with patients in clinic for routine or urgent cardiac care, including telephone triage and education on symptoms, disease states, and medications. Collaborate with cardiologists and advanced practice providers to ensure all applicable cardiac testing is complete per the plan of care, while working with external providers to maintain patient safety during non-cardiac interventions. Requires BSN, Illinois RN registration, BLS/ACLS certification, and experience with stress testing and EP procedures. Located in Hinsdale, IL, with a Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current registration in the State of IL as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or ACLS certification
- Cardiology experience
- Stress testing experience
