Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions with physicians. Deliver high-quality clinical assessments through thorough examinations, diagnostic interpretation, and effective treatment planning. Manage complex care journeys by coordinating treatment pathways and facilitating referrals to community resources. Empower patients with clear education on preventative health and treatment options. Maintain clinical excellence by documenting patient interactions with precision and adhering to organizational policy. Start bonus of $5,000, productivity incentives, and $10,000 relocation allowance. Full-time schedule at Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Master's degree of Nursing required
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration
- Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
