Job Summary
Cardiology APP (NP/PA) sought for outpatient cardiology practice across multiple Coachella Valley sites. 100% outpatient with no inpatient responsibilities, independent practice under cardiologist leadership, and an interdisciplinary team. Typical day includes managing a cardiology patient panel (CHF, CAD, valvular disease, arrhythmias, and other chronic cardiac conditions) with a telephonic call schedule (1 week every 8 weeks) and up to 15 patients daily. Telehealth/call duties are limited to telephone-based follow-up. Employment is stable with benefits and 401(k). Requires active California NP or PA license and cardiology experience.

- Comfortable managing chronic cardiac conditions in an outpatient setting
