Job Summary
Full-time Cardiology Intensivist sought for Northwell Health’s North Shore University Hospital. The ideal candidate is BC/BE in cardiology with dedicated fellowship training in cardiovascular critical care, capable of caring for a wide array of acute and chronically ill patients, performing bedside procedures, and contributing to an interdisciplinary care model. The role includes teaching at all levels, opportunities in clinical and population research, and an academic appointment at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell commensurate with experience and credentials. Northwell Health emphasizes research and clinical trials as part of advancing heart care, and physicians will be employed within Northwell Physician Partners as part of a large academic medical system.
