Cardiology and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Provide and manage direct patient care including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in a blend of cardiology, primary care, urgent care, and pain management services. Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in continuity of care while communicating testing results and follow-up information. Refer patients to specialists as appropriate and maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information.
