Job Summary
Conduct clinical duties as a general Non-Invasive Cardiologist specializing in Advanced Imaging Interpretation, including clinic visits, diagnostic readings, and inpatient coverage. Drive the growth and development of the Advanced Imaging Program by defining a roadmap for cardiac PET, expanding MRI and CT services, and maintaining Level III standards for quality and safety. Collaborate with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and radiology to support advanced procedures, optimize chest pain imaging protocols, and develop fellowship opportunities. Ensure all programs align with Swedish Medical Group standards, assist with medical staff recruitment, and share accountability for financial performance targets. This role requires a licensed Washington Cardiologist with five years of practice and three years of leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Cardiologist in the State of Washington
- Swedish Medical Center medical staff member in good standing
- Board-certified in Specialty
- Drug Licenses
- 5 or more years as a practicing Cardiologist with Level III competency in cardiac MRI, CT, and nuclear imaging
- Participating providers status with Medicare and Medicaid Programs
- 3 or more years of leadership experience as a Medical Director of similar programs
