Job Summary
Cardiology Account Specialist in Milwaukee focused on meeting/exceeding sales budgets and expanding product utilization. Engages HF specialists, cardiology, nephrology, emergency medicine, and other health care professionals to drive territory opportunities; develops and implements strategic territory plans; executes marketing/sales initiatives; conducts speakers programs; manages territory budgets and administrative tasks; collaborates with Regional Sales Director and cross-functional teams on strategic planning; and demonstrates strong communication, presentation, and CRM usage to deliver outstanding customer experience and results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college/university required
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales experience in pharma specialty, hospital or medical device/diagnostic or in-kind experience/expertise
- 1-year Institutional sales experience preferred
- IDN experience is a plus
- Experience with Medicare population is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to groups
- Willingness to travel overnight within territory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and prior utilization of CRM systems
- Ability to manage territory and meet/exceed sales budgets
- Ability to operate professionally and maintain customer satisfaction and retention
