Job Summary
Diagnose and manage cardiovascular disease for a primarily geriatric panel using in-office diagnostic testing, with an expected volume of 30–35 patients on clinic days. Rotate between the main Chandler office and a satellite location in Casa Grande, adhering to a Monday–Friday schedule with an 8:00a–5:00p workday and a shared 1:4 call rotation. Practice within a collaborative, evidence-based group structure while building long-term equity through a partnership track.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in Cardiology
- Active Arizona license, or willing to obtain
