Job Summary
Locum tenens cardiologist needed for inpatient hospital/ICU coverage with 7pm–7am overnight shifts, two weeks of overnight coverage per month. ~7–18 patients per shift in an inpatient setting; echocardiography and nuclear cardiology skills required. Pre-paid travel and housing expenses provided. Assignment details and time entry via online portal; 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant. Charter member of NALTO. Compensation is hourly ($250–$350) with potential earnings including overtime, call, and holiday pay. Weatherby Healthcare has extensive experience placing physicians, focusing on large-scale networks nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified cardiologist
- Medical license in the United States
- Echocardiography
