Job Summary
Busy General Cardiology Practice in far northern California seeks an experienced or new-grad General Cardiologist. The role offers 100% outpatient clinic if desired, potential for hospital-based procedures (TEE, cardioversion, etc.), leadership opportunities with additional compensation, and a favorable work-life balance with no required hospital call. Interventional cardiology call optional (5-7 days/month) and electrophysiology support available. Team includes in-clinic RN, Echo Tech, and Nuclear Tech; device clinic and nuclear imaging available; option to read Echos and participate in an Echo panel. Relocation incentive and competitive compensation (base $500k–$575k, signing incentive up to $85k, group benefits, 401k with substantial match). Located in Redding, CA with access to outdoor recreation and easy drives to Sacramento, Bay Area, and Oregon. Must hold California medical license and be board eligible/certified in cardiology; post-graduate training completed.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
